Raw Chocolate Fudge Bites

The thing I love the most about these bites is how quick they are to make and the minimal ingredients required! Plus, they taste amazing!


  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup OR coconut nectar OR organic brown rice syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)


  1. Melt the coconut oil
  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl, stirring until well combined.
  3. Line a square/rectangle dish with baking paper and evenly pour the mixture in.
  4. Place in the fridge for about 2 - 4 hours or until set
  5. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy. 

Optional extras!

Peanut Butter Choc Fudge 〰  add 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter to the above recipe
Coconut Choc Fudge 〰  add 1/4 cup shredded coconut to the above recipe
OR add both coconut and peanut butter for an delicious bite!

Note: Store in either the fridge or the freezer in an airtight container.
