Chickpea Pizza Base

The best family sized pizza base! This would have to be one of the most easiest, gluten free vegan pizza bases to make! 


Ingredients

  • 3 cups organic chickpea (besan) flour
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Method
  1. Place the chickpea flour in a mixing bowl and slowly add the 3 cups of water while stirring to avoid clumps.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Brush a baking tray with sides (like above picture) with olive oil and evenly pour the mixture in.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes
  5. Top with your favourite raw (or cooked) ingredients.
