Mango Chia Pudding


Mango Chia Pudding

I think I'm a little obsessed with this stuff! Chia pudding is always a good idea but this mango flavour takes it to another level! A delicious healthy snack or dessert and an epic lunch box idea.


  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh mango
  • 1 can BPA free can of natural coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup nut milk
  • 2 tbs pure maple syrup


  1. Blend all ingredients except the chia seeds until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl
  3. Pour the chia seeds into the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Cover and place in the fridge overnight to set.
