Raspberry & Guava Smoothie Bowl

If guava happens to be in-season in your region, then this smoothie is a must! I loooove pink guava, a powerhouse of nutrients and is extraordinarily rich in vitamin C, lycopene and antioxidants.


Ingredients

  •  3 - 4 cups frozen ripe bananas
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 guavas 
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 - 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 tbs pure maple 

Method

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth. Add more coconut water if needed. Serve and top with banana, crushed frozen raspberries, guava and granola.
