Vanilla Chia Pudding


Vanilla Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are a super seed packed with many nutrients, which is why I love to make this easy vanilla chia pudding! Like flax seeds, chia seeds are especially high in Omega-3 fatty acids.


  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups nut milk
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs pure maple


  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge.
  3. Mix again in 1 hour and leave for another few hours until set. 
  4. Serve topped with fresh fruit.

Note: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
