Upside Down Açaí Jars


  • 2 packets frozen Amazonia pure açaí
  • 2 - 3 cups frozen ripe bananas
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • Fresh fruit such as a ripe banana, strawberries, blueberries, kiwifruit etc
  • Granola or rawnola
  • Cacao nibs or coconut flakes


  1. Place the frozen açaí, bananas and coconut water into a high powered blender. Leave to defrost for a few minutes.
  2. Slice the fruit then half fill each jar with fresh fruit and granola/rawnola.
  3. Blend the frozen ingredients until smooth, adding more coconut water if required but aiming for a thick blend.
  4. Spoon the açaí into the top half of the jars.
  5. Top with coconut flakes or cacao nibs and serve.
