Raspberry Smoothie

Perfect for those hot summer beach days! Raspberries are super sweet and make a delicious icy cold blend!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen bananas
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 cups of coconut water
  • 1 tbs pure maple syrup (optional)

Method

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth, adding more coconut water if required (depending on desired consistency).
