Blueberry and coconut smoothie
Blueberry & Coconut Smoothie
This is a super delicious blueberry smoothie!
- 1 and 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 cups frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water or coconut water
- 1 tbs pure maple syrup
Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding more liquid if required. Top with fresh banana, berries and a dollop of coconut yoghurt!
