Pink Pitaya Bowl

Pink Pitaya (red dragon fruit) is a super fruit packed with many nutrients. Blended and topped with fresh fruit, this bowl makes a healthy and delicious breakfast, lunch or snack!


  • 2 packets of organic Amazonia frozen Pink Pitaya
  • 2 cups of frozen ripe bananas
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbs pure maple or sweetener of choice (optional)


Blend all ingredients in a high powered blended until smooth - you may need to add more coconut water. Serve topped with fresh seasonal fruit!
