Peanut Butter Açaí

When we spent a fews months over in Hawaii, we discovered peanut butter açaí bowls! It was a super popular combination over there and my children quickly fell in love with it.


  • 2 cups frozen ripe bananas
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 packet of Amazonia frozen organic pure açaí
  • 1 - 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 tbs natural peanut butter
  • Fresh seasonal fruit of choice such as strawberries, bananas, kiwifruit, blueberries and mango
  • Rawnola or granola


Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth. Add more coconut water if needed. Spoon into a bowl and top with a dollop of peanut butter, granola and fresh fruit.
